This SMS Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in The Color Wheel SMS text messaging program (“SMS Program”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as our www.thecolorwheelhtx.com/terms-and-conditions.

 

1. Program Description

Our SMS Program provides class updates, event reminders, promotional offers, and other information related to The Color Wheel.

 

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from The Color Wheel using an automated system or other technology. Message frequency may vary. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not required to purchase goods or services.

 

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message we send you. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation text to confirm your request. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
