Our Party & Event Policy
Are you planning on hosting your next party or event at The Color Wheel? Please read the following terms in full prior to booking your event. By booking your party or event, you have agreed to abide by our policies.

A $100 non-refundable deposit will secure your party/event date.
The deposit must be paid within 24 hours that it is sent to secure the date. your date may be offered to others after that time. The remaining balance will be sent for payment the week of the party/event.

Each party price includes up to 10 guests (including the guest of honor and any participating siblings).
The cost varies between $15 - $20 (depending on theme) for each additional guests up to 16 guests total.

Host is welcome 15 minutes prior to party/or event start time.
You may use this time to bring in any decorations and refreshments. Guests may not arrive until the party/event start time.

Parties are 90 minutes in length - unless selected party requires 30 extra minutes or additional time is purchased.
he first hour is dedicated to art activity. The remaining 30 minutes is yours to do with what you wish - including gift-opening, refreshments, celebrating with treats and just hanging out. Our staff will help manage these transitions.

We do not provide refreshments or cutlery including plates, napkins, cups and/or utensils.
The host is responsible for providing these items, if desired, unless the add-on has been purchased at the time of booking. Our staff will assist you with distribution of refreshments.

We will email you the week of your party or event to confirm attendance numbers.
At this time you will be asked for a final headcount and will be sent an invoice for your remaining balance. The final balance must be paid at this time.

You may bring in your own decorations.
You may bring in helium filled balloons, centerpieces, and any decor of your choice. We has that you do not attach anything to the walls of the studio. A banner may be hung on provided hooks.

In case of inclement weather or illness of the guest of honor, parties/events may be postponed.
Our small business depends on your parties and events, so all deposits are non-refundable. We will do our best to help reschedule, but this is not guaranteed.

This is an art studio - expect to get messy.
Please inform your guests to expect to get messy and, we ask that you consider this when getting dressed to attend your party or event. We offer the use of aprons, but some projects include materials that may stain clothing.
​
All guests must sign a liability waver/media release prior to the start of the party/event.
This is to cover all liability purposes on our end. We ask that you distribute these to your guests with their invitations. It is helpful if guests arrive with them already signed. We will have some on hand as well.
​
All guests are expected to be dropped off.
Our space is small with limited seating. With the exception of the host family, we ask that all guests are dropped off and keep all non-participating guests to a minimum.
​
After your party/event ends, we will give you a 15 minute grace period for you to pack up.
We handle the cleaning, so don't worry picking up any of the project materials. The only thing we ask is that you take any of your personal decorations or leftover refreshments.
